📅 Return Period

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Must be in original packaging

• Used or damaged items (not due to our fault)
• Personal use / hygiene products

💸 Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item,
  your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refund will be issued to the original payment method

🔁 Replacement / Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:
👉 Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/video)

🚚 Return Shipping

• Customer may be responsible for return shipping cost
• If the issue is from our side, we cover the cost
